I started the The Soul Clap Records Show in 2016 as a space to explore my eclectic crates and recent digs that don't always get played on dancefloors, as well as music on the label. Almost a decade later the show has been a home for my own musical explorations in house, funk, UKG, jungle/DnB, jazz, electronica, techno, breaks, disco and everything in between, plus special guest sets and interviews with artists ranging from George Clinton, to Aroop Roy, to DJ Holographic and many more. I love to share music with a message and the show has featured episodes with DJs For Climate Action, Future Sound Of Nature and Election Day specials to platform artists and activists who are making an impact beyond music. Through it all, the show’s musical mission remains clear: EFUNK–Everybody’s Freaky Under Nature’s Kingdom.
