Love Injection invites Maurice Bernstein (Giant Step). Originally from Manchester, England, Maurice Bernstein moved to New York in the late ’80s and co-founded Giant Step in 1990. It began as an underground club, helping introduce artists including Massive Attack, Jamiroquai, The Roots, Digable Planets and Guru’s Jazzmatazz. Giant Step evolved into management, a record label releasing albums by Nuyorican Soul, Donnie and Groove Collective to name a few. Became an award-winning music marketing agency, working with artists including Daft Punk, Amy Winehouse and Janelle Monáe and working with brands such as Google, Samsung and Intel. Today, Bernstein is helping build a new network of companies spanning recorded music, live entertainment, venues, management, music rights and media. He regularly DJs in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and London and, as ever, remains obsessed with music.
