A shapeshifter across strains of biologic club environs and sculptural soundscapes, Tristan Arp is a producer, DJ, and composer born in suburban Detroit. His leftfield bass records for 3024, SLINK, Unknown Untitled, Banofee Pies and his own Human Pitch label explore the elasticity of rhythm and sound design, while his albums a pool, a portal and Sculpturegardening for Wisdom Teeth offer hyper-detailed, generative worlds, merging cello with modular synthesis and spoken word. Tristan Arp has held a residency at The Lot Radio in New York with his partner in Human Pitch, Simisea, since the station’s inception, featuring guests from around the world.
